These terms govern your use of the ValorWorks platform (“Service”) operated by ValorWorks, LLC (“ValorWorks,” “we,” “us”).

What ValorWorks Is

ValorWorks is an intake and case preparation tool used by VA disability law firms and veteran service organizations. When you use ValorWorks, you are providing information to your legal team through our platform. ValorWorks is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent you before the VA.

What ValorWorks Is Not

ValorWorks does not file claims on your behalf. ValorWorks does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. The case strategy and analysis generated by our platform are for your legal team’s use in evaluating and developing your case. All decisions about your claims are made by your legal team, not by ValorWorks.

Your Account and Data

By using ValorWorks, you agree to provide accurate and complete information to the best of your knowledge. You understand that the quality of the analysis depends on the accuracy of the information you provide.

You may connect your VA.gov account to share information from the VA with your legal team through our platform. You authorize ValorWorks to access this information on your behalf for the sole purpose of populating your intake and generating your case strategy.

Your Privacy

Your use of ValorWorks is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at [URL]. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The ValorWorks platform, including its software, algorithms, databases, and content, is the property of ValorWorks, LLC. Your intake data and the information you provide belong to you and your legal team.

Limitation of Liability

ValorWorks provides its platform as a tool to assist legal professionals. We do not guarantee any particular outcome for your VA disability claim. The analysis and strategy generated by our platform are informational and are subject to review and modification by your legal team.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValorWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Data Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@valorworks.com. We will delete all of your data within 45 days of your request. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Changes to These Terms

We will notify you of material changes to these terms by posting the updated terms on our website. Changes take effect 30 days after posting unless otherwise stated.
